This is a prime location because of its proximity to restaurants (Rosa's, Farmhouse, Harrigan's Prime Grill, Braums, What-a- Burger, Chick-fil-A, etc.), wine bar/winery (Amicis, Adelophos), grocery stores (United, H.E.B., Walmart), coffee shops (Starbucks, Dutch Bros), etc., all within a three-mile radius. In addition, Kept & Covered is less than 15 minutes from Texas Tech University and downtown Lubbock. This newly built home (2026) is charming and features three bedrooms, two rooms have king beds, and the third room has two twin beds, making this home perfect for families or a group of friends. Each room has a little of what makes Lubbock a great place to live or visit, like the Arts room, the cotton room and the sports room. Guests can also relax in the open living room, which offers a comfortable queen size sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms with tubs and showers. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, and towels, as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion, making getting ready a breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare a family meal. With the 8-piece dinnerware set, the dining table that comfortably seats 6 and the counter that seats 4, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal, at the end of a long day. This is also a great space for family/friends' game night. Puzzles and other board games are available.

The coffee maker allows you to choose between one cup of coffee using a pod or preparing a full pot of coffee (coffee is provided). For tea lovers, there is an electric hot water kettle as well as multiple teas to choose from. The refrigerator offers filtered water which is located just inside the left door of the frig. COMING SOON, you will be able to enjoy your coffee or tea on the front or back patio on the new patio furniture. While outside, you can enjoy a game of corn hole.

Cozy up in the family room and watch a movie on the 70" TV, or if you prefer you can retreat to one of the bedrooms, each with its own smart TV. Free Wi-Fi access.

The house offers keyless entry, and guests can use the two-car garage, which is especially helpful during the rainy, snowy, hot, hail seasons. Enjoy indoors year-round with heating and AC.
