Pelican Bay 40 is a gem of a Wild Dunes home that overlooks the 5th hole of the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course — a rare view that golfers and casual sippers alike will appreciate from the porch. The setting is quiet, the layout is family-friendly, and the location is right in the middle of everything Wild Dunes does well: beach access, scenic walking and biking trails, dining, shops, and bike rentals are all close at hand.

Pelican Bay guests have access to the Pelican Bay community pool, plus the resort's signature golf, spa, and dining offerings. It's a great fit for families or small groups looking to mix in a few rounds of golf with their beach week.
