Our apartment designed for 4 people is fully equipped, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi by fiber, located in a luxury residence with swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 30th), private parking space in underground garage (no extra charge).
The green environment of the Exflora Park located opposite will offer you one of the best settings for successful stays.
The apartment (F2 of 31m²) is on the 1st floor (with elevator) with a view of the pool and the sea (see photos).
You will have a pleasant air-conditioned living space with a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a television, a dining table and its 4 chairs.
The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary crockery.
There is also a bathroom with washing machine, a hairdryer and a separate toilet.
You will also find an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a mop.

The apartment sleeps 2 to accommodate up to 4 people:
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a comfortable 140x190 bed equipped with a wall-mounted TV
- a sofa bed in the living room with a real 130x190 bed and real mattress!

You can relax on the balcony equipped with a dining table for 4 people and chairs, 2 sun loungers, to enjoy the view and the sun!
Access to the pool is from 9 am to 9 pm, it is open from May 1st to September 30th.
