Our large family home is a warm place 2 steps from the Serge Gainsbourg metro station, shops, the municipal swimming pool and the medical center. You will be in 20 minutes on the banks of the Seine or in Chatelet in the heart of Paris.
You can rest in our large shaded garden after your sightseeing in the capital or dine on the terrace.
Be careful, it is a house on 3 levels, so there are several stairs.
On the first level (raised) you will find the living room, a toilet, the glass roof kitchen and the terrace.
On the 2nd level are 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the separate toilets.
On the 3rd level are the 2 bedrooms of our children.
