There are no bicycle storage spaces in the house or courtyard. The apartment spans the first floor with living area, kitchen, and elevated terrace, and the attic with two bedrooms and a shower room. You reach the upper floor via a narrow, somewhat steep staircase and enter through the kitchen. Here you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy dining area. From here, step out onto the high terrace: enjoy breakfast in the morning sun overlooking the green courtyards, and in the afternoon, a shaded play area for your children. In the evening, admire the illuminated nave of St. Nikolai while tasting a typical Wismar beer. The kitchen leads to the L-shaped living room. The former alcove room with a reading corner flows into the living room with a comfortable sofa and a rocking chair in the TV area. Both bedrooms are under the roof: one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a mid-height children's bunk—perfect for little pirates. Need extra sleeping space? The sofa in the living room easily converts into a bed for 1–2 guests. The shower room/WC in the attic completes the apartment. A travel cot with bedding, a high chair, and a stair gate are available on request. Two rings for securing bicycles are attached to the house facade outside.
