The Moulin de l'Enéa covers approximately 250 m², spread across the first floor of the main wing.

This beautiful, charming home, nestled in lush greenery, offers over 200 m² of living space for 10–11* people, *provided the 11th guest is a child (a child’s bed is available in the 3-person bedroom upstairs).

Just outside Sarlat, this beautiful 17th-century mill is situated in a peaceful setting, within a park spanning over 2 hectares, on the banks of the Enéa River, facing a meadow with three horses as its closest neighbors.
There are no other guests; the pool is reserved exclusively for this property.

The mill features spacious, stylish rooms, including:
- a spacious and comfortable 53 m² living room,
equipped with an 85-inch TV and a Dolby Surround sound system for hi-fi enthusiasts.
- a large, inviting 48 m² kitchen and dining room,
- 5 stylishly decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, for a total of 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets.

The water system is equipped with a water softener (bathrooms and kitchen).

- The “East” and “South” rooms;
feature an individual TV as well as 4 USB ports and a 180-bed.
- The “West,” “North,” and upstairs rooms;
are equipped with a comfortable 160-bed.
The upstairs room can accommodate a third bed for one child.

All bedding is new and of French quality (Maison Aubertin), featuring memory foam mattresses for superior comfort; note that the “East” room is equipped with a 180-bed relaxation bed. (Two 90-cm beds with individual electric controls).
The “South” bedroom can be configured with either one 180-cm bed or two 90-cm beds (26-cm mattresses).
The other rooms are furnished with 160-width beds, featuring the same high-quality bedding (28 cm).

At the edge of the park, a swimming pool is visible from the upstairs rooms, located approximately 20 meters away.
Swimming in the pool is enhanced by the refreshing atmosphere of the river and a small pond. Deck chairs are scattered between the pool and the riverbank and can be moved depending on whether you prefer sun, shade, or peace and quiet.

At the bottom of the stairs, nestled in the grass by the river, the large garden table is shaded by the magnificent Louisiana cedar. Nearby is a Weber grill.

The property is accessible via two separate entrances:
One entrance is via the staircase on the parking lot side, and the other is on the opposite side, via the other staircase leading to the garden table and the pool:

In this peaceful haven, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the pool, the riverbank, the wooded park, and the remarkable bamboo grove, where you’ll appreciate the cool shade for a nap or some reading during the hours when you’re seeking shade.

You can plan visits to the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat, located just 10 minutes away, as well as to the many well-known tourist sites in the Périgord and activities on the beaches of the Dordogne.
In the morning, you’ll be awakened by the song of numerous birds, including the enchanting kingfisher.
The soothing and refreshing sound of the river will accompany you throughout your stay.
The nights bring a bit of coolness, which the house will retain if the shutters are closed during the hottest hours of the day.

The owners’ living quarters are located on the opposite side of the spacious estate, on the first floor of the small tower hidden behind the trees, with a separate entrance facing the eastern side of the property.
They may be present but will remain discreet, as there are no neighboring homes directly across from the property.
Of course, they will always be available—either nearby or by phone—and will be happy to assist you.
