This apartment is in a great area, close to all the touristy spots and the views are amazing into Plaza Mayor. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with nice seating in the living room and kitchen. The only downer about this apartment was that the rental company was very hard to get in touch with. They gave us one code to be entered on one phone to enter the building and apartment, but it could not be shared with others. I messaged as soon as we got there about an additional code and it took them almost 24 hours to give us another code. I messaged multiple times and also called, but could not get anyone on the phone. This is unacceptable. There was no other key but the one on my particular phone. Hopefully, they will change this process.
