Please note that there is no separate living room. The largest bedroom contains a double bed, a single bed and a sofa.

The property has 5 rooms in total; one room is used for private storage and is not available to guests.

Bathrooms

There are 2 bathrooms. One has a toilet, sink and bath with shower over it. The second has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Bed linen, towels, essential toiletries and an iron are provided.

Parking

Free street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to availability. Please note that the apartment does not have private or on-site parking.

House rules and check-in

• Standard check-in: 16:00–22:00
• Check-out: by 11:00
• Guests must provide their expected arrival time in advance because someone will meet them to hand over the keys.
• Arrival after 22:00 is only possible by prior arrangement and confirmation. An additional late check-in fee may apply and must be agreed and paid in advance.
• No smoking.
• No pets.
