A short drive away is the historical and charming town of Lefkimmi. Lefkimmi is also known as Potami, the Greek word for river, as a small river runs through the town, its banks lined with historic buildings and traditional tavernas. Fresh fish and home-cooked meals are in abundance, but do not be surprised if you are invited into the kitchen of the family taverna to see what is on offer! Wooden boats, used by local fishermen, are moored along the river, adding to its authenticity and charm.

Queen Alla offers the perfect base to explore the unspoiled south of Corfu. Whether you’re soaking up the sun by the pool, wandering through olive groves, or enjoying local tavernas, every moment here is a blend of serenity and authentic Greek hospitality.
