The room big & clean.

Basic essentials missing like a microwave in a place you need that privacy to decide when to warm your meals. Management is terrible in responding to client issues. I booked this place for a trip 1-9th September & unfortunately, my trip was cancelled due to demonstrations from point of departure. I notified the host & requested changing my booking. No response until 10 days after. I rebooked the place as i couldn’t change the dates & ended up being charged twice. The cancellation which was purely not my fault & new booking. Whoever is managing this place has zero client service.
