Our stay at PNOE Kifisia was absolutely flawless. Even though it is a private suite apartment, the entire experience felt like staying in an exclusive, high-end boutique hotel. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the magazine-worthy design and spa-like bathroom to the premium bedding and top-tier amenities. It seamlessly blends the privacy and space of a luxury residence with the comforts of a five-star hotel experience. Location-wise, it is a absolute gem. You are less than 200 meters away from the heart of Kifisia's vibrant dining, cafe, and shopping scene. Yet, despite being steps from the center, the apartment is remarkably peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. A special thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality and excellent restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back!

The property was updated to a luxury apartment, the A/C worked well and the apt was cool. All modern design!

The property was very close to the center of Kifisia, 4 min walk to shopping, cafes and restaurants - we highly recommend!
