I only stayed for one night and were at the hotel for about five hours, but everything was perfect. The hotel is modern, new, and very well equipped. I arrived late at night, so the 24-hour service was a huge plus and made us feel very comfortable. Since I had an early departure, the staff kindly prepared a lunch box for me to take with me. The location near the train station was also very convenient.

I only spent a night here, but it did exactly what I hoped it would. A restful night of sleep in a comfortable bed before an early flight out of Tashkent. Walking distance to the train station and a lot of places in town. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean.

I was surprised how good this hotel was!! The rooms were excellent and modern. The hotel had a gym, pool and they did my laundry. The location was perfect and close to the fast train. I really enjoyed my stay in Tashkent.
The room had air conditioning however it was not switched on and available for the floor I was on. My room was very hot and stuffy reaching 26 degrees and despite my request to turn on the air conditioner- it was not turned on. Consequently I couldn’t sleep because I was too hot. I don’t know why they didn’t switch it on. I called twice to ask.
