Very quiet and excellent location. Not a new modern house but to me older properties are better as much larger. This has everything you need. Even a hatch to pass a cup of tea or food through. Host was exceptional. I took my assistance dog and he loved the garden and settled well. Didn't need heat on as house stayed warm. I didn't use the bedrooms as I brought my own inflatable bed as I think its easier for my dog to do his job and also reducing allergies for other future guests, as he will get up on furniture if i don't react to his other commands. (My dog don't shed hairs) Carpet is light colour but immaculate, not 1 mark. Heavy curtains so no light shining through. Bathroom facilities were excellent and I left it how I found it. The downstairs toilet is a big bonus. I would definitely use this property again and highly recommend it.

If I am being extremely extremely picky is a sensor light by patio doors as there is a light but switch is by the back door. Also maybe a sensor light opposite key safe box as hard to see numbers when light fading.
