Location! Amazingly convenient for Tokyo Station and Shinkansen access. Right on top of Tokyo Station underground mall - incredible convenience and range of stores and food outlets. 24 hour front desk and friendly helpful staff, from check-in to check-out and random requests along the way. Great service with complimentary drinks and experiences at the bar.

Excellent location across from the train station. Very new hotel. Washing machine was very useful. Kitchen facilities were very useful.
A little hard to find initially. The 2 large beds were comfortable but they tended to crowd out the room a bit.

Clean and its location
There is just one elevator and it’s cramped

Location is unbeatable, across the street from Tokyo station
One elevator serving 8 floors and 30 rooms. Hardly enough; very long waits for the elevator.
Why does one need to ASK for replenishment of water bottles and coffee bags? Can't they simply be put in the same bag as the towels?
