New property with many good features in rooms and out. Services are at request. A nifty iPad controls room temperature, lights, entertainment and curtains. Shower is great. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The room is relatively quiet although I was near the lifts and that’s not totally true. Common areas are comfortable and meant also as working spaces. The location right on the waterfront in Georgetown is good, however, see below the issues with this location. There are some stairs to go up to M street so it’s a hotel mostly for fit people.

The location is under the freeway, literally. There is a lot of road and other city work around the hotel. The room is very small - strictly for one person with a small carryon. My biggest complaint is the lack of a kettle in the room - such a basic but important item when returning and wanting a tea or instant coffee. Inexplicably there is no make up mirror.

Rooms are pretty tiny. As a solo traveler, the size was just fine, but it would have been pretty cramped for two people

I liked the location and interior of it and how modern it was.

Wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been and some things in our hotel room did not work like the phone and there wasn’t enough trash cans in the room for an accessible room. No one came to clean it after the first day as we left early in the day we expected to come back to a clean room. We tried to call for service but the phone did not work so we did have to go downstairs every time we needed something and this is from staying inside an ACCESSIBLE room.
