Excellent location in high end neighbourhood, close to train station and everything we wanted to see and do, restaurants and pharmacy. Very clean, quiet and secure. Host is very helpful and responsive. The air con, fridge and washing machine were much appreciated. Highly recommend this property.

I had stayed at Alessandro's place before, and loved it so much, I rebooked immediately for a second stay that month. I love everything about this place. I've been to Italy, and specifically Florence, many times. And this has so far, been my favorite place I've ever stayed. Next time I am back, I will probably just try to stay here again instead of checking on other hotels. It really is the best location and relaxing spot to see the city. Spacious and well decorated, always clean and with nice amenities. Love coming back to the cozy room and luxurious shower at the end of the day, especially during the summer. This time, I met him to get the keys and he was very nice. This time, I was also traveling alone. And felt very safe getting in and out of the apartment and walking in the area late at night as a girl alone. Really recommend this place.

Loved everything about Alessandro's place. He was very easy to keep in touch with, and he always responds quickly and is very friendly. The apartment is in the perfect location of Florence, a quick walk to literally everything in the city center side of the river. You can get to most of the major attractions in a couple minutes of walk. We loved stopping by during the day just to rest for a minute or drop off shopping bags or change clothes during a full day of activities. The apartment in itself was awesome. Perfect and minimal decor. Loved the lace curtains and the view with the large windows. Had everything you need in the kitchen/laundry area. It was comfortable, with a nice living room, kitchen, amazing bathroom, and very cozy and comfy bedroom. Loved the AC and the retracting skylights in the bedroom and bathroom. Lots of storage space too. Nice stone floors that were cozy to step on. Great lighting. Easy to get in and out of the building and there is an elevator so even with a heavy bag, we only had to carry it up a couple steps both in and out of the apartment. Also provided all the toiletries we needed. The bathroom and shower are super large compared to the average bathroom in Italy. Everything was very clean. We loved our stay and it was the perfect property and experience.
