La sécurité l emplacement la plage le confort

There was a misunderstanding with the villa owner. I had booked the entire villa via Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the owner had blocked off all access to the second floor. He told me, "You only booked three rooms, so I won't let you use the second floor." I explained that I had booked the villa in its entirety—including all its facilities—but he absolutely refused to open up the second floor. Therefore, I advise anyone wishing to rent this villa to clarify the terms with the owner right from the start before making any payment. Aside from this misunderstanding, however, everything else went smoothly.
