The apartment is beautiful, spacious, light, it has a perfect view. It is very well equipped and the location is very good if you want to be close to the beach. The train station is also 5 min away. The host was very friendly, responsive and even went an extra mile for us to provide extra towels for the beach.

The bed is not flat (it sags in the middle). One person could sleep ok but not two together. I mentioned this to the host and I hope he will fix it soon. The street below the terrace can be noisy, but it is ok when the doors are closed.

Soggiorno davvero fantastico! L'appartamento era molto accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario, compresa l'aria condizionata, che è stata sicuramente un valore aggiunto. La vista sul mare è semplicemente stupenda e il palazzo è molto tranquillo, ideale per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, una persona davvero gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Consigliatissimo! Speriamo di poter tornare presto! .

The owner was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The air conditioning was alteady turned on, drinking water was provided, and gifts were left for both the children and parents. The view from the apartment is fabulous. Excellent location! Close to Monaco and just a 20-minute walk along the coast to the charming town of Menton. Directly across the street is the beach area with a shower. The owner even provided beach umbrellas. Even though the apartment is studio-style (combining the sleeping area, living space, and kitchen in one room), there was plenty of space for a family with two children. We will definitely be back!

Posizione eccellente..mare stupendo . appartamento servito e attrezzato di tutto...l host Claudio, Persona gentilissima e disponibile.. Vacanza Top.. poi nei giorni del nostro soggiorno era festa nazionale francese .pertanto sfilate e fuochi d artificio stupendi proprio di fronte casa.. appartamento fornito di ascensore..al 5 piano.ascensore velocissimo
