Astra - Exclusive Rooms

Room is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Minibar is nice to have Big bed with comfy mattress and pillows Great view from the balcony and good location, easy to get everywhere. We went in October and it was easy to find parking Room was clean Good shower and good mirror in the bathroom

Unfortunately we couldn't leave 10 stars even though on the first sight it looked perfect when we arrived. Unfortunately soon we discovered that right outside our room wall there is a water boiler that was making enormous noise when it was heating up, it was impossible to sit outside on the balcony due to how loud it was, you would get a headache. Once the water was warm the loud noise would stop, however you would still hear a loud thump every couple of minutes and it would go on all day and all night, it was very annoying. We have informed the owner who said he'll invite a plumber however nothing changed afterwards. We can forward the video of the sound if the owner is interested to show we are not overreacting. If the noise is fixed we would totally recommend staying here, but for now I can't recommend this to anyone, especially if you're a light sleeper. Or possibly if you get a room further away from the boiler then it's less of an issue. Additionally, the description advertised daily cleaning services, but I believe (looking at other comments as well) that it was every other day. The minibar doesn't get refilled and we only got 2 coffee cups for 4 days stay with 2 people. It's not clear how to pay for minibar, we didn't see any staff and haven't heard anything from the owner after we left and never seen any staff at the staff area. There was no shampoo either, only shower gel. We also haven't seen an iron which is listed in amenities (possibly we had to ask for it) The bed frame was very squeaky everytime you'd turn

Äusserst geschmackvolle Einrichtung; bequeme Betten; freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber; wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon; gute und ruhige Lage

Very spacious and comfortable room. Thoughtful packaged breakfast items left in room. Large bed and comfortable shower. Amazing view from the balcony - perfect for sunset!

Parking access to unload is a bit tricky as it’s a narrow and steep street, but very helpful that the host recommends convenient local parking places!

Quarto muito bom! Bem localizado e com uma vista maravilhosa, tanto do pôr do sol como do castelo!! Adoramos!
