Location, cleanliness, staff, facilities
Elevator was slow sometimes

For the price and how fast you are in manhatten, this is probably one of the best values around NYC
The ATM in the building charges a massive fee for larger transactions, and the only way to pay by card is if the employee types down your credit card, I feel more comfortable using a PMS to be honest
Also the elevator didnt work for two days, but that can happen everywhere

La ubicación es excelente, 20 - 30 minutos de Manhattan, a 2 cuadras del metro, el barrio es muy agradable con minimercados restaurantes y bares cerca. También se siente seguro.

Location is great (subway stop 1min away, lots of shops/restaurants/pubs). Staff were pleasant. Nice view from the room.
The room was not clean. There was trash under the best with dust and wrapping. No glasses or cliffhangers and no where to hang your jacket/shirt. The housekeeper took our dirty towels and didn’t bring in any new ones. The sheets smelled and looked like they weren’t properly washed.
