La chambre ,, l’accueil avec mention pour l’hôtesse mademoiselle Lena ou Ema ? ( j ai un doute 😅)

The room was new, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Very good breakfast. Perfect location. Everything is new. Good coffee machine.

Room is much to warm even when temperatures outside are low, airco couldn't be set any lower than 23.5. According to the staff this is because of energy saving, but it does not seem to make much sense if outside temperature is lower than this. Windows can be opened to cool down the room but then it's noisy and insects enter the room. The duvet is also very thick which doesn't help for comfort in a warm room. Booked two nights, badge had to be re-activated to get access to the room on the second day. Minor inconvenience going back down from the 4th floor to the reception to get it fixed. Other guest had the same issue, probably a start-up issue. Great coffee machine using beans, beans reservoir was not refilled during cleaning in the morning.
