The location was amazing. Loved being right downtown. The building was lovely though I think it could have been better lit outside I don't know if that's in their control.

I thought that it was a little cheeky to charge us for a whole night's stay minus 10% for a late checkout at 7pm, seeing as we stayed 5 nights already. If they had needed the room I could understand.

Perfectly located with lots of restaurants within 15 minutes’ walk. Stylish room decor and kitchen appliances. Excellent bedding and linen with very good scent which made me and my daughter did not want to wake up! Staff Magarida was very helpful and responsive to our requests.

Ground floor is undergoing renovation which makes the lobby dusty. Wonder when it will finish. The only one guest lift did not function which was inconvenient for guests. Should have informed guests upon receiving bookings.

Everything! Staff were friendly, faculty was super clean. Location, was one of the best things. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be staying again.

The fact that the lift only started on the 1 floor. So you would have to carry your luggage to the first floor and then take the lift. They were renovating though so it was understandable.
