It was easy to find and unload luggage. It was nicely laid out. In a good location.
Parking got taken up by people and the spot reserved for our room was taken. The bathtub was in rough condition - fine for a shower, but not for a bath. Some stains on the couch.

My room #4 had a queen bed with a full size sofa & limited kitchen facilities. The microwave & full size fridge were useful. There was a toaster & a set of knives, but no plates or bowls. While the room was spacious, the bathroom was small & tight. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.
The location was great! We had our own beach access. There is a coin laundry onsite.
There could have been a set of plates & bowls along with a frying pan. The bathroom is very tight for a larger person.

Great location
Very old and dated especially for the price being charged. Bath tub and bathroom very small . Stained carpet.
