Overall, I had a pleasant stay at The Canopy Haven, Ranchi. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the property offers a nice escape from the noise and rush of city life. The ambience and surroundings were refreshing, and the hospitality was good. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Personally, I found the bed and pillows too soft. These days, a medium-firm or slightly harder mattress is generally more comfortable for many guests, and I would have preferred cotton pillows instead of very soft ones. Also, parking can be a little challenging for a premium sedan, especially while manoeuvring in and out. A bit more convenient parking access would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few improvements in bedding comfort and parking convenience, the stay could be even better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location and the flat itself was good, was close to the airport

The staff, I booked the property using booking.com, where there was no mention of any cleaning charges anywhere, if they want it to be an air bnb property restrict the listing to Airbnb itself, not to booking.com, also there are a lot of restrictions, the main door closes at night with a actual lock in it, so everytime you need to call someone down and then they tell the staff and the door is unlocked, Ideally this shouldn't be the case and their should be a security guard instead of this locking thing
