was good location if you have a rent a car because was 20mn from the center and few Distillery + airport, easy access to the property and to park the car
We arrived at 3:00 PM to find a filthy property that had clearly not been cleaned after previous guests. When I called Jack, he promised to send someone, only to text me at 8:00 PM—hours later—saying the cleaner flaked and telling us we could just cancel. He then stopped answering his phone completely when we asked for basic clean sheets and towels so we could fix it ourselves.
We were forced to clean the place ourselves, pay for a last-minute emergency booking elsewhere, and swallow a cancellation fee on top of a non-refundable £80 cleaning fee.

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. The village of Colinton is just up the road and has a couple of lovely pubs and restaurants. Public transport to the city centre is just outside the door and if you have a car, parking is very easy.
