Loved the central location of this house, there was no noise throughout our stay. Few minutes walk to shops, market, plenty of cafes and all amenities. We were impressed with the layout and really enjoyed the kitchen area. The sofa in the lounge was also very comfortable, as was the bed. Plenty of hot water available all the time, with excellent heating.
Small outside terrace area was not enclosed to the property so the dog had to be supervised when she went outside!

Location - next to a nice pub and near to town centre.
Television & WiFi excellent
Nice kitchen and bedroom
Garden not enclosed
Couldn’t get in at first - key safe code changed same day & only told via email. We were travelling, so weren’t checking emails.

Lovely property. It had everything you needed. Nice little terrace area too for a breakfast cup of tea or a glass of wine in the evening.

The location was excellent , right in the centre of Penrith, car parking was free and we could stay as long as we wanted ( i have a blue badge )verified by traffic warden . Accoadation was clean and tidy.. bed was comfy. I certainly would stay again.
Despite being diasbled i managed okay. Little issue with the stairs due to rope bannister. A proper bannister would have been great .
