Stayed here for a night before heading back home. The check-out was super easy, which I appreciated since I had an early morning. Grabbed a coffee before leaving and was on my way. Exactly the kind of stay I needed.

Las habitaciones son completas, muy cómodas y de excelente tamaño.
La ubicación es increíble, con mucha proximidad a varias líneas de metro.
Lugares para desayunar, almorzar y cenar así como realizar compras muy próximos al hotel.
Los servicios comunes podrían ser mas o mejorar.
El diseño de pasillos y algunas áreas no refleja lo bueno de las habitaciones.
El personal de recepción podría ser un poco mas amable por momentos, aunque algunos lo fueron variaba mucho entre ellos.

La posizione è imbattibile, fra la 26th e la Broadway, a pochi passi da Madison Square Garden, si arriva facilmente a piedi in moltissimi punti iconici della città. Ho adorato la semplicità del check-in, la macchina del caffè per farsi la colazione in camera, la disponibilità di lockers per lasciare le valigie il giorno della partenza e la simpatia del personale.
Pur essendo nuovo, l’hotel è in qualche modo trascurato. Nella hall sono presenti scatoloni in giro. Nel mio bagno il lavandino era crepato, il mobile sotto lavabo un po’ rotto. Il pavimento a terra è graffiato. Avevo chiesto il rifacimento della camera, siamo usciti alle 9 e rientrati alle 15, non era ancora stata fatta. In compenso gli asciugamani forniti erano molti. In sintesi, hotel dalle innumerevoli possibilità, ma che avrebbe bisogno di più cura.

Onsite staff was very professional and warm
This location was almost impossible to find via either navigation apps. It did not have the name of the hotel “Madison Square Hotel” but rather some random other name on the door. No iron or ironing board. TV remote could not control volume. Telephone number was a number in Canada.
