The decor was very pleasing and calming, the views from the rooftop were spectacular.
The staff promised to turn on the hot tub at 8:00PM, around 8:30PM the hot tub was cold, and we were told it was not working. The staff could have handled the situation better and away from the guest. We heard their discussions about the situation among themselves for about an hour, it was not pleasant. They should reprimand staff in front of guests. We woke up around 8:00AM and couldn't find the salt and pepper, around 9:00AM Jorge showed up but we had already made do without. The security guard also explained the pool rules to us which we felt was redundant.
