The apartment was fantastic and exactly as shown in the photos - new, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The sofa bed was great, Wi-Fi was strong, and self check-in/check-out was very easy. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Louvre, Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette, and very close to the metro. There are lots of restaurants, McDonald’s and Starbucks nearby, plus a great food street just a short walk away. The area was also quiet at night. Axel was a wonderful and responsive host who always kept in touch and provided all the information we needed. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The only downside is the steep stairs and lack of an elevator, which may be inconvenient for elderly guests, people with mobility issues, or guests with disabilities. The hot water was occasionally unstable, and conditioner would have been a nice addition.

Location was perfect !!
