Great location and very quite, very safe
Struggled to find the keys

The cottage is exactly as described and very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. It is comfortable and secure and the view on the garden is lovely
If there are guests in the apartment above the cottage it can be noisy and not very private. The guests staying in the apartment above had an extremely loud party on the outside balcony until late in the evening and stomped around a lot. The owners of the property were away for the weekend but did intervene telephonically and ask them to be quiet, which was appreciated!

It was very quiet
It was difficult to find a 2 prong plug to charge phone

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to Central Stellenbosch. Safe parking and impressive views.
The bed is not hospitality quality, the bedding is not passable. There is not flat sheet on the bed and no duvet cover on the comforter, meaning all guests sleep under the same uncovered comforter. Not a nice thought.
There was a cockroach on the bedside table when I woke up.
There is an excess of signs and instructions all over the unit, which along with the “friends” decor is a bit odd.
