New apartment, in a new building, with elevator. The host are very polite and hospitable and willing to assist.

One note the site around the building is still “in construction” so when it comes to it being wheelchair accessible IT’S NOT. Aldo for Baby Stroller…access is a bit limited (you have to lift up your baby stroller to get onto the building ground.

Mooi netjes schoon alles was goed

Excellent value for money. The apartment was nice and clean, fully furnished with functional furniture and cozy beds. The kitchen was fully equiped, we were able to cook without any problems. TV Package with Arena Premium included, meaning we were able to watch World Cup matches :) The host was nice and helpful, he provided easy-to-follow instructions, even provided snacks for the children. The neighborhood is calm, there is plenty of free parking. It is bit far from the City Center, but it was not a condition for us - on the other hand, it is nearby the Vardar river and lovely riverside promenade. We fully recommend to anyone traveling to Skopje and not necessarily wanting to be in the City Center.

The building is new, so some minor construction activities around the building are still not completed.

New apartment close to City Mall.

All was great.
