The hotel was truly lovely and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The rooms are actually spacious apartments, beautifully equipped with everything you might need, including kitchen appliances and even thoughtful little details like a salt shaker. Everything was very clean, cozy and welcoming, with a warm, home-like atmosphere. And the view was simply breathtaking — the kind of view you never get tired of. A very special thank you goes to Dora, the wonderful manager who made our stay feel even more special. From the very first day, she introduced herself as our “best friend for the holiday” — and she truly was. She was always present, attentive to every little detail and genuinely happy to help, whether with a recommendation, a small request or even organizing our boat trip. Dora is warm, dedicated, welcoming and simply fantastic. Meeting someone like her was honestly one of the highlights of our stay, and we are very grateful for everything she did for us. The entire hotel staff was exceptional as well — kind, professional, attentive and always ready to help. Their warmth and hospitality created such a lovely atmosphere and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who believes that choosing the right hotel is an important part of a beautiful holiday experience. For us, it absolutely was. We left with wonderful memories and would be very happy to come back again next year.

Good breakfast, very clean, excellent staff - Dora is a really good manager, quick on her feet and always present - overall good internet.

On our first day, the guy had to do maintenance around the pool the whole afternoon - nothing that was necessary right then and there, but enough to render it unusable for me because of the fumes. Towards the end of our stay I didn't want to use it anymore, because there were people dipping their baby in its diapers in the pool (thanks, but no thanks). I guess some pool rules wouldn't hurt anyone. The room feels very small and cramped. We stayed in Junior Suite 106, the last one before the breakfast area and we had 1 window look into the breakfast area itself (which meant blinds down all the time) and 1 window above an AC right by one of the breakfast area doors (the bedroom window, to be precise). Needless to say, all these windows were always closed and with the blinds pulled, and no fresh air either... The location is less than desirable, the building is up on a hill, about 6-7 minute walk from the beach. The problem is the parking. The owners try to make it look as if they had enough parking spaces for everyone, which they don't. Our car got scratched a bit in front because there is no space for everyone to turn or enter the allotted spots. Just plastic, the metal is fine, nothing a pen won't fix, but still. Also, the only car that would fit somewhat comfortably in a parking spot there would be very small Peugeot or Fiat, for anyone else it's not comfortable. All in all, very expensive for what it has to offer.

The staff. Over the top helpful and friendly. The best part of the stay.

Exterior LED strip lighting on all night. Are you kidding? Can't enjoy a dark evening or sleep with patio door open because there are no options to turn off these lights. Bad design and major flaws all around. Kitchen vent blows over the bamboo roof towards my balcony; open wiring in bath;; front door crudely notched to avoid card slot but hits it anyway when you open the door. Bath drain smell and back-flow. Ridiculous overkill on the technology. And cameras everywhere! Felt like a surveillance State. Looks like the owner and designer had lots of money and lots of ego, but no taste and no skill
