This is our second time staying at this hotel. What I love most are the views from the window—looking out over the river and the ocean. It is mesmerizing and beyond words. The room is spacious and clean, featuring a very convenient kitchenette. We also made great use of the Jacuzzi at the end of the day. I really like the hotel itself—the pools, the pastry shop, and the beautiful corridors themed around cinema history. Check-in at the tower was quick. The staff is attentive, both inside the hotel and down at the beach.

Upon arrival, it turned out there was no record of our reservation. We had to wait an hour for the issue to be resolved. Fortunately, a call to the manager sorted things out, and we successfully checked into the room.

Everything about the property was amazing. The pool staff are incredible.

The extra sheets and pillows for the pull out couch were not available and had to call for them. Ice machine was not in our building. On top of paying included gratuities, it is expected to pay a cash tip upon delivery of things you need and order. So there is the tip that gets shared upon staff and then the individual server cash tip.
