How about this: I remember thinking-- this is the most comfortable bed I have ever had! The bathroom and kitchen seemed very good. It was all very clean and comfortable. And the location was great for me.
I wanted technical issues with the television solved. But this aside, it was all good.

The accommodation was excellent and exactly as described. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help whenever needed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly my deposit was returned after checkout, which made the whole experience stress-free.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike about my stay. Everything was handled efficiently, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The service exceeded my expectations throughout.

Room as in a convenient location. With paid parking available close by.
The apartment was generally clean
safe helpful when I got hold of them. Nice shower head.
Sofa bed was mentioned but not present. So we had to use the sofa as a bed. Which was not very comfortable.
No bin bag was provided so we used a bag for life.
