Mala experiencia

No habia limpieza
Solo que esta situado en el barrio del Carmen
Limpieza no habia, la cocina estaba toda pegajosa los vasos, platos....el suelo del piso también y qué decir del baño que tenia moho en la ducha, super sucia y daba asco tener que ducharse allí.

Horrible Appartement
Only the location
Dear people
I have tried to reach out to the owner of the appartement multiple times by phone and messages but he seems to be avoiding any questions i have regarding to the condition of the appartement.
First of all i have told him many times in our conversation that we would already be in town last friday around 13:00, and he told me the key would be available near the appartement.
When the key did come available the location was 30 minutes walking away, i tried calling the owner, after 7 tries he finally picks up and says he will check, after he never responded back. So i tried calling and messaging to see if it's possible someone can drop off the key.
He finally responded that that is not possible so we start walking for an hour more with all our luggage .
Uppon finally arriving at the appartement, we see in which poor state the appartement is.
First of all, in the hallway to the appartement you are greeted with a sewer smell,
Inside the appartement there was supposed to be air conditioning, but the only one working is in the living room. There are 3 broken ventilators in the bedroom.
Washing machine is broken
No wifi
Poor lighting
Due to the lack of ventilation the whole back part is so humid and i think they have a plumming problem because some rooms have a nasty smell.
The bathroom is in very poor shape too.
Shower has 2 heads which one is working but the shower head attachment came right off when turning on the water, so you have to hold it in your hand. Worst of all there is a fair amount of mould everywhere in the bathroom so you can imagine its not a greaat place to be.
There was supposed to be wifi but no internet is available in the appartement.
I have tried to look for a way to solve it with the owner but he is not replying to any of it.
I would strongly recommend anyone to not stay here
I already have proposed to just leave the apartment if he would compensate us
Cheers
Teun and Noortje

Terrible apartments
Location and size of the apartment
A terrible stay in this accommodation. I do not recommend it to anyone. The keys are located a 30-minute walk away from the apartment. After a tiring journey, I additionally had to go collect the keys myself. There are many broken things in the apartment, such as the washing machine, Wi-Fi, as well as the faucets and shower holders. There was no toilet paper. The house is dark, with windows facing the street in only one room. The host is impossible to contact; he doesn't answer calls or messages. The apartment is terrifying, as if demons live in it-call an exorcist, and an electrician to fix the Wi-Fi.
