Super Nova Self-Service Hotel

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is brilliant, right in the centre of Aberdeen and literally next to the bus and train station. There’s loads of places around, restaurants, shops and everything you need, but the hotel itself is on a quiet street, so it was actually really peaceful. The room was honestly great — comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. It’s self check-in, but I happened to meet Jawat during my stay and he was genuinely really kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was alright and was happy to help with anything I needed. Overall, I had a really good experience and would happily stay here again when I’m back in Aberdeen.

This property was very close to city shopping centre and very clean and accessible.

Location to train station. Comfortable, spacious bathroom, clean, very well presented.

Could not open the window, needed some fresh air with the hot weather.

Clean room, newly renovated, new bathroom, central location. No reception on site, but staff immediately available via messaging.

The room I was given overlooked a noisy bar. When I raised this problem, it was dealt with efficiently. I was offered a room to the back, single instead of double but quieter. I had to call the booking.com customer service twice in order to get the price difference refunded - not the hotel’s fault, but all in all not a good experience, I would not stay again.
