The room is significant in traditional Japanese style, you can enjoy everything you expect from an onsen hotel in Japan. The big onsen is really relaxing especially on a snowy day.

The dinner was just above average, with no alcoholic drinks for a buffet.

- Good location and good view for one room - Good manage and big dining room. Good taste of dinner and breakfast providing various food and beverage

- Unable to drop-off baggage at front of hotel building. Even there is bus to pickup guests with luggage from car park area which far from hotel, it's not convenient to carry big luggage into bus without help from hotel's staff when checkout.

Not worth a cent to stay in this lapidated hotel

There was some road work in front of the hotel and hotel provided a shuttle bus from parking to the hotel.

The room was not properly cleaned. Dust can be seen on the furniture and window. There were stains in the carpet and carpet was visibly dirty. The pillow was very thin and no additional pillows were provided. The buffet spread was limited and food was not filled promptly. Don’t ever stay in this hotel. Its not a 4 star but 2 star budget hotel.

Satisfactory

Size of room was good and they offered free coffee at the lobby. There was also free usage of ping pong table with bats, massage chairs and winter jackets/boots for use. Onsen was decent too.

I was unable to reserve seats for the free hotel shuttle bus for the journey from Sapporo station to the hotel and also the return trip. I wondered if any foreign visitor who didn't belong to a tour group would have been able to do so. Also I would have liked to see more local Japanese instead of Taiwanese, during my stay.
