In this family-friendly house right on the lake, families of up to 4 people can enjoy their vacation. Enjoy the view of the lake with its two small islands and observe the flora and fauna.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen-diner with a large dining area and a fireplace, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and sauna. Also on the first floor, you’ll find the utility room with a washer-dryer. A large wooden deck with seating for four, a garden table, and a parasol invites you to relax. Next to the house is a lockable bike shed.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a restroom, and a loft room with a TV and a panoramic view of the Seepark.
The entire garden, with direct lakefront access, is fenced in.
The house is located close to downtown in a quiet waterfront setting near Lake Vechtesee.
The house is recommended for cyclists and has been certified by the ADFC with the “bett & bike” seal.
There is direct access to the bike path network of Nordhorn, a city renowned for its cycling infrastructure. Nearby are the Nordhorn Zoo, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a skate park, shopping options, and a movie theater.
The border with the Netherlands is just a short bike ride away. At nearby Lake Vecht, there is a pedal boat rental with direct access to the canals in the city center and to the lake park.
