Welcome to Ty Kas Soley, a new elegant Creole villa, nestled in the heights of Sainte Luce, a charming fishing village. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea, a swimming pool and two air-conditioned bedrooms.
Located 5 minutes from the beaches, the villa offers calm, comfort and authenticity for a rejuvenating stay in the heart of the south of Martinique.
Ty Kas Soley is a new house designed to offer comfort, light and a gentle way of life. The spaces are open, functional and very well equipped with an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea.
Living space;
The main room is bright and opens wide onto the terrace through a 3-meter bay window. It includes a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV, wifi, a fully equipped modern kitchen to prepare meals and breakfasts with ease.
Kitchen:
Open kitchen, friendly and practical: oven, induction hob, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, combi freezer fridge, capsule espresso machine, toaster and kettle.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Bedrooms:
The house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 large closets, each equipped with quality bedding. One bedroom with a queen size double bed 160X200 and one bedroom with 2 single beds 90X190 which can be converted into a double bed. Bed linen provided.
The bathroom:
Vanity with washbasin, storage and illuminated mirror, WC, towels provided.
Outdoor space:Terrace of 20m2 equipped with a plancha, a dining area for 4 people, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and a hammock.
A 3mX2.5m "punch tank" swimming pool with a bench to enjoy the punch in complete serenity.PGJyPg
West Indian garden :p 100m2 with outdoor lighting and closed by a fence.
The property is closed by a large gate. Possibility to park in a private parking lot but with difficult access typical of the heights of Martinique. If you are not comfortable, you have the possibility to park in front of the property.
