The Neighborhood:

The home sits in a quiet residential area of Port Arthur on the Texas Gulf Coast, with easy access to local restaurants, shopping and major roads. The coast's beaches, fishing spots and nature areas are a short drive away, making it a comfortable base for family trips, celebrations and work stays in the area.



Other Things to Note:

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.



- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.



- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.



- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.



- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.



- Hot Tub: The Hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months.. The hot tub is heated. Since the hot tub is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance. - HOT TUB CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE -



- Landscaping: Is done once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. *You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified*.



- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
