Free parking is available on-site, with room in the gravel driveway for several vehicles — no permits or street parking. We keep the rules simple and clearly posted so every guest — and every neighbor — has a great stay. Minimum age to book is 21, and we don't allow parties or unauthorized guests. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside (air quality is remotely monitored; violations carry a $250 charge plus cleaning costs).



Dogs are welcome with advance notice and a per-dog fee — just keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. Please follow posted hot tub safety guidelines, and use the bear-proof cage outside for all trash. Check-out is by 10:00 AM; start the dishwasher, clear the fridge, and bag your trash so our cleaning team can turn the cabin around for the next family.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
