Step inside the cottage and you’re welcomed into a beautifully curated open-plan living space where old meets new with effortless ease. Exposed stone walls whisper stories of the past, softened by striking artwork that draws the eye and adds contemporary flair. At the heart of the room, a woodburning stove and traditional fireplace promise cosy evenings in, while a comfortable corner sofa invites you to unwind with a favourite film on the TV. Shuttered windows frame gentle village views, filtering in warm Cornish light.

The kitchen is sleek and modern, thoughtfully designed with built-in appliances and clean lines, while a stylish glass dining table sets the scene for leisurely breakfasts and candlelit suppers after days spent by the sea.

Upstairs, the first floor reveals two wonderfully restful bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a sumptuous kingsize bed dressed in plush linens and a delightful en-suite shower room with a generous double shower—perfect for refreshing after coastal adventures. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed and leads up to a charming mezzanine snug, an inviting nook ideal for quiet reading, reflection or simply escaping with a cup of tea. Completing the floor is the main bathroom, where a beautiful slipper bath awaits—made for long, indulgent soaks and moments of pure pampering.

The village boasts many amenities and shops, whilst Trevaunance Cove, a mile distant offers golden sands, rolling waves and rock pools brimming with life.
