Sand Dream Village is a purpose-built two-villa estate for families, reunions, multi-generational trips and group getaways where space, comfort and shared experiences all matter. Villa A and Villa B are rented exclusively together here and connected by a single private interior door upstairs. Each villa has its own entrance, full kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub and outdoor space, so your group stays together without ever feeling crowded.
Villa A is the entertainment and spa heart of the retreat: a private theater with a 100" screen and surround sound, a game room with stand-up arcade cabinets, pool/ping-pong table, tabletop shuffleboard/bowling and darts, an indoor/outdoor hot tub, a 6-person sauna and an outdoor shower, plus a covered porch with a propane fire pit and a gourmet kitchen with a 6'x6' island and gas range. Villa B is the calmer side: a 75" theater TV with surround sound, an Infinity Game Table with 100+ games and air hockey, its own private outdoor hot tub and a wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
Combined: 7 bedrooms, 12 beds, 6 bathrooms, 2 gourmet kitchens, 2 hot tubs, 2 fire pits, 2 gas grills, a sauna, theater, arcade and game rooms, and a fenced yard with a volleyball/badminton court. Full laundry, high-speed WiFi, heat and air conditioning in both villas. Pets welcome throughout ($100 per pet).

Great place to stay. Minutes from the jetty and downtown. Pet friendly and lots games and activities for the family to do. The home is spacious and bright. The host is super accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely go back again.

Gorgeous home with so many things to do w the family. There are tons of things to do indoors and outdoors. We had kids ages 5 to 16 and everyone had a great time. This is a pet friendly property and I highly recommend booking both sides for a multi-family vacation. This is one of the best rentals we have stayed at. Check out is a breeze too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
