Casa Yoja is a charming holiday villa in Benissa-costa, perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends. With space for up to 5 guests, this villa combines comfort, style and a lovely outdoor lifestyle just minutes from the Mediterranean coast.



Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting living area with comfortable seating, a smart TV and tasteful décor that blends modern convenience with Mediterranean charm. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay, making entertaining easy whether you're cooking a family dinner or a casual breakfast.



The villa features three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, all thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower combination, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third is furnished with a single bed. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.



Step outside to your private outdoor space — the highlight of Casa Yoja. A private swimming pool invites you to cool off and soak up the Spanish sunshine. 1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this home.

2: Only well-behaved pets are allowed. Additional fee: €50.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 5 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, especially after 22:00, are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

6: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
