Apartment, located on the first floor of a house inhabited by the owners, in a quiet and discreet environment.

The accommodations are ideal for a couple, with or without children, and consists of:
- a cosy bedroom with double bed, windows overlooking a natural field and the maquis,
- a bright living room with bay window offering an unobstructed view of the bay of Capo di Feno, equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate one or two children,
- a fully equipped kitchen (full appliances),
- a modern bathroom with washing machine,
- a private terrace of 20 m²,
- and a garden area with jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or hiking

The accommodation has double glazing and an air conditioning system, guaranteeing optimal comfort in all seasons.

An exceptional natural setting, without compromising on comfort

The accommodations are located at the end of a 1.2 km dirt track, passable with the vast majority of vehicles (except very low sports cars).

The mythical beach of Capo di Feno can be reached in about 5 minutes.
In summer, several beach establishments offer lunch and dinner, perfect for extending the day without taking the car back.

Hiking trails are just a stone's throw from the house, offering superb walks between the coast, the maquis and panoramas of the beach of Sevani.
