A Bose speaker and a printer are available in the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, utensils, and crockery.

The beds (one double – 140 x 190 and four single - 80x160) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. There's also a baby bed at your disposal.

The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and a toilet, and the second with a shower. There is another separate toilet.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
