Policies & Requirements 📄

❗ Please note: Required Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (charged separately after booking).

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

- $500 refundable security deposit, or

- $55 nonrefundable damage waiver

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



The $55 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $1500. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.



Guest Verification Requirement

All reservations require identity verification prior to check-in. This may include:

Government-issued photo ID

Contact verification

Completion of a verification portal

Possible background screening if required

Verification must be completed within:

24 hours of booking

1 hour for same-day reservations

Failure to complete this process may result in cancellation.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

Building Amenities Disclaimer

Amenities such as the gym, elevators, and shared spaces are managed by the building and may occasionally be unavailable without notice. While I’ll report any issues on your behalf, I don’t control maintenance schedules or closures.



Maintenance Access

Occasionally, maintenance may require entry for essential work. Advance notice will be given when possible. Denying access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

Pet Policy



Pets are welcome with prior approval. If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us before your stay.

Guests are fully responsible for their pets, including prompt cleanup of any waste and must ensure the apartment is maintained in the same quality and condition upon departure.



Please note that building rules prohibit pets with a history of aggressive behavior, including the following breeds:

• Chow Chow

• Dalmatian

• Doberman Pinscher

• Pit Bull breeds

• Presa Canario

• Rottweiler
