The Space:

Ithaca is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. It features a fully equipped kitchen-diner, ideal for cooking and sharing meals together, along with a separate living room that offers a relaxed space to unwind after a day exploring. The layout includes two bedrooms: a master double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds, plus a second bathroom for added convenience, perfect for families or groups of friends.



The flow of the apartment is practical and comfortable, giving everyone their own space while still feeling connected. Outside, you can enjoy the shared courtyard space (also used by Ikaria), with your own dedicated seating area where you can relax, enjoy your morning coffee, and soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere surrounded by flowers and village charm.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival. A private parking space is included for your convenience. Once you book, you’ll receive a link to your very own guest portal where you’ll complete verification. Your check-in details will be unlocked once verification is complete, with your access code released a few hours before arrival, ensuring a seamless and secure check-in experience.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and convenient. You can walk to local tavernas and amenities within the village, and there are also excellent fish tavernas nearby that Agios Theodoros is well known for. The beaches and additional dining spots are just a short 10-minute drive away, giving you plenty of options to explore the coastline.



The village is also ideally located for travel, with Larnaca International Airport just a 25-minute drive away. Larnaca city centre, with its promenade, shops, and restaurants, is around 30 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy both peaceful village life and vibrant city experiences during your stay.



Once you book, you’ll receive a link to your guest portal with local recommendations, helpful tips, and detailed information on getting around to help you make the most of your stay. Public bus routes are available, although they are limited, so we highly recommend hiring a car to get the most out of the area and explore nearby beaches, villages, and attractions with ease.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment has its own private washing machine, while the dryer is located in a shared common area and available for guest use.

Parking



Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house along the wall. Each apartment has a designated sign, which you will see upon arrival.

If those spaces are occupied, you may park anywhere along the roadside where you find an available space. But these spaces are usually open and accessible for parking.



Self-Catering & Starter Kit



The property is offered as self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay at your own pace. To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with the essentials for your arrival, including toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods where applicable, a bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo and basic cleaning essentials. The starter kit is intended to get you settled in at the beginning of your stay. Please note that edible cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil and other food items are not provided. Consumable items are also not replenished throughout your stay. There are supermarkets, shops, bakeries and other amenities nearby where you can easily purchase anything else you may need.



Cleanliness Standards



Our professional team ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Freshly laundered and professionally ironed bed linen and towels are provided, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming space from the moment you arrive.



Travelling with Little Ones



Children under 2 stay free of charge. A travel cot is available for €20 per stay and includes a fitted bottom sheet and towel. A highchair can also be provided for €10 per stay. Please request these in advance so we can have them prepared for your arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through your guest portal for an additional fee, subject to availability.



Verification & Check-In



For security and compliance purposes, all guests are required to upload a valid ID and sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to your personal guest portal, where you can complete the required verification. Once the verification process has been completed, your check-in details will be released. For security purposes, the property's access code will only be provided one hour before your scheduled check-in time.
