The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

If you’re coming by car, please note that the apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone. If you park in one of the parking lots in the area, you are authorized to enter. Otherwise, you can park at the Porta al Prato Leopolda parking lot, which is definitely a more economical option.
