An independent entrance directly onto the street, convenient for arrivals as well as for the storage of equipment (bikes, skis...).

A large common living space including a convivial living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing group moments. There are also 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. You will also find a terrace with a table that can accommodate 12 people, 1 charcoal barbecue and a fenced garden.
Reversible air conditioning is present in the kitchen and living room!
